We currently offer two methods of importing your orders: API and CSV.

In each method, when the order is imported successfully, barcode pallet shipment labels will be emailed to an address of your choice and immediately available on the portal for printing.

API (application programming interface)

If your distribution/sales system allows an API you can seamlessly integrate with our transport software. Each time a transport order is generated on your system, it communicates with ours to automatically book your order. If all the correct information has been provided labels could be emailed in less than a minute.

CSV (character-separated value)

A CSV is like a spreadsheet but the values are by commas (rather than into columns). We will provide you with a standard template. Many systems will output a CSV, either automatically or by clicking a button. It can be uploaded to our system in one of three ways:
